Dear Shipbaoers, In order to increase warehouse capacity, China warehouse (including HK Consolidation, International Transshipment and China HK Direct Mail) will be relocated on 20-21 May 2022, and new warehouse will be available on 23 May 2022. New address is available at official website, please update your delivery address of your online shopping platform as soon as possible. New warehouse effective date : 23 May 2022 Existing warehouse cut-off date : 20 May 2022 For those on the way parcels, Shipbao will forward to the new address accordingly. Shipbao will not follow up or operate the parcels or responsible for any compensation of the probelm parcels for those receive after the cut-off day. Transshipment will be delayed as warehouse will cease the operation during relocation, sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your kind attention. Shipbao Team

親愛的Shipbaoer, 為擴大倉庫容量，中國倉(包括香港集運、國際轉運及國內直郵香港) 即將於2022年5月20及21日搬遷，並將於2022年5月23日啓用。新倉地址已於《倉庫地址》頁面更新，Shipbaoer請盡快更新各網購平台預設的送貨資料。新倉啟用日期 : 2022年5月23日舊倉地址截單日期 : 2022年5月20日已寄往舊倉的貨物不受影響，Shipbao會安排轉寄。 2022年5月23日或之後送抵舊倉的貨物Shipbao將不會跟進或處理或就賠償問題負責。搬遷期間會暫停入庫及出庫，預計2022年5月23日恢復正常出庫，時效或會有所延誤，不便之處，懇請見諒！ Shipbao團隊

【French Warehouse】Out of Service

Due to the leasing issue, French warehouse will be out of service from 31 May 2022 onwards, members please do not send any parcels to French warehouse. Cut-off date will be 20 May 2022, Shipbao will not follow up, handle or responsible for any compensations of any parcels from this date onwards. Members please change to use our nearer German warehouse within the member state of the European Union. Parcels transship from the member state of the European Union to UK warehouse may cause taxes charge, the operation and the handling time will be longer than the normal, members please allow more time for the delivery. 親愛的Shipbaoer, 法國庫因租約問題，將於2022年5月31日停止運作，請各會員不要再寄貨到該地址。截單日期為2022年5月20日，截單日或之後送抵法國倉的貨物，Shipbao將不會跟進、處理，或就任何賠償問題負責。會員請考慮改寄到附近歐盟成員國之德國倉。如歐盟國包裹寄到英國倉，或會產生稅金及需時處理，因此跨國包裹的操作會較正常路線的包裹需時，會員請預留更多時間，懇請留意。 Shipbao團隊

親愛的Shipbaoer, COVID-19快篩試劑、血氧機，依照中國台灣法規規定皆屬於醫療器材，醫療器材為禁運物品，無法進口中國台灣，請勿購買。若有謊報偷運者，被香港總倉查獲，需支付部分運費後，並需自行到香港總倉外自提點取件。如被中國台灣海關查獲，遭到沒收或有額外罰款，恕Shipbao一律不會賠償損失，該會員也必須自行承擔全額罰款。懇請留意及合作，謝謝！ Shipbao團隊
