About Coupon of Rakuten Japan

Over 40,000 shops are available on Rakuten Ichiba for users to shop from. Although coupons can be used on almost all shops, there is a small number of shops who are not currently eligible for coupons.

How to Use Coupons

You can use your coupon at Checkout. Please note that coupons are available to Rakuten members only. If you are not a member yet, sign up for free.

1. On the Payment page at Checkout, go to the Coupon section.

2. There are two ways to select your coupon.
- If you have a coupon available on your account, you can select the one you want to use from the list.
- Or, if you have a coupon code, you can directly paste it and click Apply. If the coupon code is wrong or expired, you will get an error message and cannot use it.

Tips:
◎ When there is a coupon available, you can see it on Rakuten Japan website or receive it via Rakuten Japan or their shops' newsletter, SNS, etc. Please check frequently.
◎ Check what coupons you could use and their details
◎ Coupons may have their own terms & conditions, please read carefully.
